What do I get for my money?

If you’ve signed up for a membership subscription, you have access to unlimited reports each month! These can include, when available: names, current address, address histories, age, gender, e-mail address, household members, time zone, phone type and carrier and sometimes even much more. If you’ve signed up to our one-time fee report you always have the ability to log in and view the reports you purchased and the option to purchase additional reports. You also have an opportunity to purchase a background check when available, depending on the information you need.

How can I get a refund?

If you are not happy with our service in any way and would like to request a refund, please call our Customer Care line at 1-404-689-7456 or email us at lookups@telecommunicationsdb.com. Our goal is to keep our customers happy so they can come back any time and give us another try.

Also please note the following general guidelines regarding our refund process:

Refunds are processed immediately on our end, but depending on your credit card provider or bank , it may take up to 3-5 business days for a refund to be reflected on your statement. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or want to confirm your refund.

If we receive a dispute or “chargeback” through your bank, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and challenge the dispute. Once a dispute is in place, we will be unable to provide you a refund on the transaction.

Do I have to renew my membership each month?

By default, our membership subscription is scheduled to renew automatically until it’s cancelled. If it’s cancelled within the 7 day trial period you will be changed only for $ 1.00.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal as a payment option. Checks or cash are not accepted.

Where can I find my Report, will you send me to my e-mail address?

All your lookup history will be listed and saved in your Telecommunicationsdb account for which you have signed up with your email address. A password will be generated to use your account (it can be changed later if you wish). We are not sending reports to your personal e-mail address.

I can’t access my account after payment, what happened?

First step is to check your credit/debit card for insufficient funds. In this case scenario an account will be created but suspended because of a declined payment.

I didn’t sign up for your service, why are you charging me?

Someone used your Bank/Paypal account to sign up for TelecommunicationsDB. If you feel this was done in error or was unauthorized please contact us immediately to rectify the situation and conduct our part of investigation.

When should I cancel my trial account to avoid the monthly subscription?

You should cancel anytime within the 7 day trial period.

The monthly charge for the membership caused an overdraft to my bank account. I want a refund for my overdraft fee.

Unfortunately TelecommunicationsDB is not responsible for any overdraft or interest fee on the amount that it has been overdrawn so we can’t issue you a refund for this charge.

How can I remove from information from your website?

At TelecommunicationsDB we value your privacy. Please fill out our Removal Form here, your claim will be processed in the next 24 hours and your information will be removed promptly.

Do I have to be a member to remove my information or do I have to pay for it?

You don’t have to be a member and the removal is completely free of charge.
